why does evangelism training international exist?
Because Jesus commanded it! In the book of Mark, our Lord commanded us to “Go into all the world…” – E.T.I. currently reaches out to the North American continent & the continent of Africa where people desperately need the Word of God. Because America, Africa & the world is inviting us! A vital relationship with God & the knowledge of His Word is disappearing from the American lifestyle. Africa is struggling against the influence of other religions & is calling on God’s people to come & help. The world is lost & desperately seeking an answer. We have the answer – Jesus Christ! As we go into the world, we work alongside American, African & other nationalities so that they can teach others about Jesus.
There is NO MEMORIZATION! E.T.I. prepares you with a Biblical step-by-step plan involving a pocket soul-winners New Testament Bible. You will learn how to effectively share the Gospel with family, friends, co-workers & those who you may encounter throughout the day. This is NOT a lecture on evangelism, it is hands-on training! Each person receives hands-on experience, which is practical, exciting & fun! We will answer your questions & fears about sharing God’s Word.
You will learn how to:
Open a conversation.
Evaluate the person’s spiritual condition.
Present the Gospel.
Invite Jesus into their lives.
Lead in prayer.
Give assurance of salvation.
Disciple the new believer.
You will have a clear understanding & comfortable use of the tools necessary to witness for Jesus Christ! We teach at your convenience. Simply contact us (by email, mail or phone) & we will be happy to schedule your training! We are very flexible in working with local churches & organizations. We come to you & train you! You will be provided with materials to promote the upcoming training at your church.
E.T.I. training consists of 4 training sessions. During the final session, every trainee is paired up with a partner & uses their training to share what they have learned. Feel free to contact us & find out when & where the nearest training session will take place. We also offer “condensed training sessions” for those unable to attend the full 4 session training. You will receive all the necessary training packed into two concentrated short sessions.
We believe every Christian has been given the divine mandate & command by Jesus Christ to “go into all the world and preach the Gospel”. Even Jesus’ purpose in coming to earth was to “seek & to save that which was lost”, therefore we can do no less. Our desire is to train Christians to become effective, consistent & powerful witnesses for Jesus Christ.
How much does the E.T.I. training cost? Simply cover our expenses (transportation, lodging, etc.). Although a love/gift offering is always helpful and appreciated! If you come to us, the training is absolutely free!
Our Beliefs:
We believe the Bible to be the verbally inspired word of God. The only infallible, authoritative Word of God. It is our supreme & final authority for faith & practice (2 Timothy 3:15-17). We believe in 1 God eternally existing in 3 persons: Father, Son & Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:1; Deuteronomy 6. 4; John 4. 24; Romans 8:14-15).
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His Virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His substitutionary & atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father & in His personal return in power & glory (Isaiah 7.14; John 1:1-16).
We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, one with the Father & the Son, the indweller of every believer whereby each is scaled unto the day of redemption of the body. His presence in the Christian is the assurance of God to bring the believer into the fullness of the stature of Christ.
We believe that the fullness of the Holy Spirit is manifested by the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23).
We believe in the existence and operating power of a real & personal evil one called Satan, or Devil, opposed to all righteousness & exalting himself against all that God is & desires (I Peter 5:8-9).
We believe in a literal hell, the place of eternal punishment for those who have not trusted in the shed blood of Jesus Christ (Luke 15.19-31; Matthew 25:46; 2 Thessalonians. 1:9).
We believe in a literal place called Heaven where God’s immediate presence is manifested, & where the redeemed shall ultimately be, from when Christ descended & ascended again, where He makes intercession for the saints & from where He will come to judge the quick & the dead (Hebrews 12:22-23, John 3:5; 2 Peter 1:10-11).
We believe that God created man in His own image & in a state of innocence, but that through temptation man willfully sinned. All mankind is born dead in trespasses & sins, & under condemnation having inherited a corrupt nature (Psalm 51; Romans 5, Ephesians 2:1).
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scripture, as a representative & substitutionary sacrifice; that He arose from the dead in His glorified body, ascended into heaven, & that as our great High Priest & Advocate, He ever lives to make intercession for us; that all who believe on His name are justified on the basis of grace through faith in Him. The believer is, therefore, eternally secure, kept by the power of God (Acts 16.30 31; Ephesians 1:2-10; Romans 5:8-10; John 3:16-18; 1 Peter 1:5).
We believe that the regeneration is a divine & instantaneous work of the Holy Spirit whereby God imparts life to one dead in trespasses & sin (2 Corinthians 5:17-20, John 3, Galatians 2:16-20).
We believe that sanctification is a divine & progressive work of the Holy Spirit whereby God, upon the ground of the finished work of Christ on the cross, His present intercessory ministry & His divine Word, sets the believer apart & works out, in, & through Him by means of a submissive will that which is well pleasing to Himself through Jesus Christ. This work culminates in the redemption of the body (Philippians 2:12-13; Ephesians 5).
We believe that every child of God should demonstrate their separation unto God & from the world. This separation involves a fruitful, spirit-filled life of obedience to the command of Scripture & the refusal to associate with or become involved in anything that would bring reproach upon the character & work of Christ & His church (2 Corinthians 6:14-18, Ephesians 1; Romans 12:1-2).
We believe that the Lord Jesus is coming again to rapture His saints & establish His kingdom. The rapture of His church is imminent (1 Thessalonians 4:13-17; John 14:2-3).
Our Purpose:
We are dedicated to efficiently training & equipping believers to be effective witnesses for the Lord Jesus Christ (Proverbs 11:30). We are committed to teaching a Biblical, simple, practical & proven plan to equip Christians to reach a lost and dying world & to bring hope & life through the saving power of Jesus Christ. We are an evangelistic training school dedicated to work with churches, Sunday Schools, small groups, retreats, seminars, conferences, Christian schools & colleges, or individuals to better equip in sharing the Gospel. We are committed to excellence, compassion, integrity & accountability under our Lord’s supervision. Our goal is to clearly proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ using encouragement, a plan & the Word of God (Hebrews 4:12). We are committed to help overcome the fears that plague so many believers, so that they may become effective witnesses for Jesus. Lastly, we are dedicated to helping mobilize & build leadership in churches, to train others to reach their communities & to provide growth in the church with new believers. It is our hope & prayer that you will experience the incredible joy of seeing friends, neighbors & loved ones come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ & that E.T.I.’s training will remain a consistent part of your life until we see Christ face to face!
